Wednesday, April 22, 2009 – Introduction to Rational Expressions
The last two days we have seen the definition of a fraction and how to simplify a fraction and how to change the denominators of a fraction by multiplying the numerator and the denominator by the same thing. Now, we see a different type of a fraction, called a rational expression. The rules do NOT change, it is still a fraction, although sort of a weird looking fraction.
